The cafeteria building had two banquet rooms: one could seat 240 people, while the other could accommodate 90. There were also smaller areas, including a buffet and a coffee shop, designed for 10-15 people each. The newly renovated halls featured paintings with biblical illustrations. Facilities included washing areas, refrigeration shops, food warehouses, a laundry with professional equipment, a printing station, and a computer server room.
The administrative building functioned as an office space housing various offices such as the teacher’s office, administrative offices, the president’s office, and offices for department heads. It also housed a recently constructed cafeteria equipped with refrigerators, a bar counter, and a coffee machine. The second floor was undergoing renovation to accommodate more office spaces and conference rooms.
The library featured a worship hall for 100 people, along with a lounge area furnished with a fireplace and sofas. The building was also offering a reading room, computer room, and classroom facilities. It held approximately 30,000 pieces of Christian literature, and nine recently translated titles totaling 5,000 copies. Additionally, the building served as the office of the Pioneer Bible Translators of Ukraine.
The student dormitory, known as the “Ark,” was equipped with contemporary equipment in its classrooms, including interactive whiteboards and large touchscreen TV sets. The Dormitory could comfortably house up to 100 people.
The second dormitory, referred to as “the Christmas Tree,” featured a conference hall for 80 people, classrooms, and offices for visiting professors, as well as living spaces for approximately one hundred students.
